How we use the information you share with Feature Walls Group.
Privacy & enquiry information
Feature Walls Group collects the contact, event and project details you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and manage your booking. Please don’t include sensitive personal information. Your details are saved securely for the team to review; submitting a booking request does not make a payment. Paying a deposit through Square confirms and reserves the selected hire dates. Square processes your card details; we store your payment reference and amount, without storing your card number. For new hire, purchase and fit-out enquiries, we may send up to three emails about that enquiry over a month, relying on the products and services soft opt-in and our legitimate interests in following up requested services. You can decline on the form or stop them using the link in each email. General enquiries receive automated sales follow-ups only with your separate permission. Existing choices to decline follow-ups are respected. Factual booking and payment reminders may be sent to manage your confirmed booking.

Website analytics
We count page views and actions such as hire, buy and enquiry clicks to understand how the website is used. These analytics store daily totals by page and action. They do not use cookies or save visitor identifiers, IP addresses, contact details or form contents.
Stripe payments
When you choose Stripe checkout, Stripe processes your payment details and receives your order reference, email, product description and payment amount. Eligible personal purchase customers may choose Klarna within checkout, where Klarna presents its own terms and handles its repayment agreement. We store payment references and status to manage your order. Full card details are handled by the payment provider.
