Yes. When selecting the styling package, choose from the flowers samples in the booking form and tell us about your theme. Final details are agreed with our team.
A request alone does not reserve dates. A successful Square deposit reserves the selected backdrop and dates. The deposit is 25% of hire and styling; delivery and installation are paid with the remaining balance, due the day before hire.
Yes. Send a buyer enquiry with your space, colours and intended use. The Halo is £4,595 without flowers, or £4,995 with the £400 flowers upgrade. We agree the final specification, any additional costs and production timeframe before manufacture.
A separate £150 refundable security deposit per hire booking is due the day before hire, in addition to the full hire price. We initiate the refund within 3 working days of collection following inspection where no deductions apply; bank processing time is additional. Fair wear and tear, existing damage, product defects and damage caused by us are excluded.
Your 25% booking deposit still counts towards hire and styling. The security deposit is separate and does not reduce the hire balance. Our team arranges security payment before delivery.
Any proposed deduction will be explained within 3 working days of collection with photographs and itemised reasonable costs or an estimate. You can dispute a deduction; any undisputed balance is refunded within that period. See security deposit terms.
Estimated build lead time: 8 weeks. Supplier delays or unexpected staff illness may affect timing. We contact you immediately once a delay is expected. See our lead times and delay terms. An agreed hire date remains fixed.
