How commission works
Commission applies to purchases only: 5% of eligible standard wall value on your first four qualifying completed purchase orders, then 10% from the fifth onward. Hire bookings do not qualify. Delivery, installation, collection, upgrades, refundable deposits and refunded amounts are excluded. Included features that form part of a standard product remain part of its standard price.
Purchase orders must be completed and fully paid before they count towards your tier and commission can be approved. Each qualifying order counts once. Once assigned, its tier is retained for audit even if a later refund requires a commission reversal. Cancelled orders, self-referrals and refunded orders do not qualify. Payouts are reviewed and recorded manually; joining does not guarantee earnings. Do not advertise unapproved prices, availability or discounts.
White-label pages use your branding. Feature Walls Group remains the seller and fulfilment provider, clearly identified to customers before payment. Tell customers when you may receive a referral commission.
Referral codes travel in the link during the current browsing journey. We do not use affiliate tracking cookies. Customers can also enter your code on their booking form.
