The listed price covers the selected backdrop for each calendar day hired. Your confirmation specifies the finish, signage and accessories included. Flowers are £150 per hire, or £80 for The Enchanted. The Level Up has no flowers hire option. Balloons are £140 for The Moonbeam, The Enchanted and The Level Up. Delivery and installation charges are shown separately.
Our wall hire area covers Cumbria, Lancashire, the North East, Greater Manchester, Liverpool, North/West Yorkshire and Cheshire. Hire delivery: Free within Carlisle city; £150 elsewhere in Cumbria; £200 in Lancashire and the North East; £300 in Greater Manchester and Liverpool; £350 in North/West Yorkshire and Cheshire. Charged once per hire. Share your venue address and access details so delivery arrangements can be confirmed.
Our team arranges installation and takedown for a combined £80 per hire. Setup and collection times are agreed with you and your venue. Tell us about stairs, lifts, narrow doors, parking and any venue restrictions before booking.
Tell us your colours and theme. Choose an available flowers or balloon upgrade in the booking form. Tell us your preferred colours in the event notes. We agree the final finish and styling with you; specific signage and accessories must be listed in the confirmation.
Use the diary to select your backdrop and dates. A successful deposit payment reserves the selected backdrop and dates. Sending a booking request alone does not reserve them.
Pay a 25% hire-and-styling deposit by card. The remaining booking balance is due the day before hire. Klarna is available for eligible purchases only. The booking form shows the breakdown before checkout.
Outdoor use must be agreed in advance, including shelter, weather limits and securing arrangements. Share your proposed setup location so we can assess whether it is suitable.
Contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference. Date changes depend on availability, and any price difference or cost is agreed before a change. Cancellation and refund arrangements are set out in the hire terms; applicable statutory rights take priority.
Yes. Standard walls without flowers start at £2,000; The Halo is £4,595. Add flowers for £400 to eligible purchases; The Level Up has no flowers option. We agree dimensions, materials, colours, inclusions and production timeframe before manufacture. Enquire about buying to discuss your design.

Design your flower wallBuild a pampa LED wallA separate £150 refundable security deposit per hire booking is due the day before hire, in addition to the full hire price. We initiate the refund within 3 working days of collection following inspection where no deductions apply; bank processing time is additional. Fair wear and tear, existing damage, product defects and damage caused by us are excluded.
Your 25% booking deposit still counts towards hire and styling. The security deposit is separate and does not reduce the hire balance. Our team arranges security payment before delivery.
Any proposed deduction will be explained within 3 working days of collection with photographs and itemised reasonable costs or an estimate. You can dispute a deduction; any undisputed balance is refunded within that period. See security deposit terms.
